3. Offer and final contract
|
3.1 The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to appoint dar. All offers are "while stocks last" if not for the products otherwise noted. Errors excepted.
3.2 By clicking the button "finalize order" in the last step of the ordering process, you enter a binding order for goods contained in the cart. The contract is accepted when we confirm through an order confirmation e-mail immediately.

The treaty text will be saved on our internal systems. The Terms and Conditions are available on our page at any time.

5. Prices and shipping costs
|
5.1 The prices on our product pages include VAT and other price components.
5.2 Shipping fees are generally payable only once, regardless how many products are bought!
COD returns are only possible within Germany.

6. Delivery
|
6.1 The delivery takes place within Germany and EU countries. You can find an overview on the dispatch page.
6.2 Delivery time is normally 3 working days. On possibly different delivery times we refer to the respective product side.
6.3 If the product is not available, because we are not supplied through our suppliers, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait or to cancel your order. In the case of a cancellation, counter services already rendered may be promptly reimbursed.

7. Payment
|
7.1 Payments can be done either by cash on delivery, money transfer or PayPal.
7.2 During money transfer, we forward our bank data in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receiption of your payment.
7.3 A right to set off is available only if your counter-claims court found res judicata or by writing us have been recognized.
7.4 You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship resulted.

8. Retention of title
|
Until full payment the goods remain our property.

9. Warranty
|
The warranty is made in accordance with statutory provisions.
